Professional SH Movers & Packers Sharjah

I appointed them for moving my things from my house in Dubai.

They promised me professional services and assured that every thing will be kept back in order, for example, curtains will be put back, wall clock will be put back on the wall, bathroom handles will be fixed in the new place's bathroom etc. I specifically asked them as this work involved drilling and hammering which I couldn't do on my own.

I spoke with Mr. Ahmed and he said

that all the moving will be smooth and that I do not need to stress about the quality of work.

They sent 3 men for the moving.

For starters, they weren't in any uniform and were very shabby. They packed my stuff and assured that there will not be any damage. What happened later was as below:

1. My things got damaged in transit.

2. They left everything at the door. They didn't even help in opening the boxes to unpack any of the stuff. Forget putting them back at their respective place.

3. When I asked them to put the curtains and clock back on the wall, they said they'll come back tomorrow and do it. Ofcourse they never came back. They also took the entire money that was agreed and also asked for a large tip multiple times. I would have tipped them off anyway but the fact that they asked me to tip them consistently was putting off.

They gave me one of their contact numbers and asked me to call them back for them to finish the incomplete work.

On calling the number, they disconnected and said it was wrong number. I then connected back with Mr. Ahmed who had sent them. He refused to send them back and told me that if I want the work to be complete, that is to put curtains back, unpacking etc. I will have to pay the entire amount again for the second service.

Basically, they are highly unprofessional, very irresponsible and will make fools out of you. DO NOT hire them at any cost. It's a fraud company, they do not have any proper processes or channels. They do not have any grievance redressal whatsoever.

They might give you discounted prices to lure you but it's a waste of time and energy. Absolute NO for SH movers. They should be ashamed of the quality of work they provide.
